Where a commercial relationship exists with a fund, lawyer or partner featured on this site, we disclose that relationship on the relevant page or in a general notice. We do not accept payment in exchange for a specific ranking position or for omitting adverse information.

A fund is removed from or excluded from coverage where, for example:

• Its CMVM registration lapses, is suspended, or cannot be confirmed.
• It no longer qualifies for the Golden Visa investment route.
• Material factual discrepancies are found between the manager's representations and the CMVM register, prospectus or KIID.
• The manager declines to provide reasonable confirmation of facts we cannot verify independently.

Where a commercial relationship exists with a fund, lawyer or partner named on this site, it is disclosed on the relevant page. Until you have written confirmation of the position for a specific partner, you should assume that any fund, lawyer or partner named on this site may have a commercial relationship with us and confirm the position directly before relying on it.
