01Tier One / Capital

Investment Fund

Subscription of units in qualifying Portuguese venture capital or private equity funds focused on business equity. A passive instrument offering capital preservation, professional management, and a five-year holding horizon.

Job Creation

Establishment of a commercial entity creating at least ten permanent full-time positions, or €500,000 deployed into an existing Portuguese company while creating five. Suited to active operators.

Contribution to public or private research activities integrated within the national scientific and technological system. Considered by philanthropic investors with a tax-deductible interest.
