Michael Vincent - CEO
Michael is one of the two founders of the group. Born and educated in the UK, he studied Physics at Leeds University before running his own advertising company, then spent two years as a financial adviser in Moscow with City Group Services prior to moving into real estate. He has sold property in Cape Verde, Berlin and Portugal, and his attachment to Portugal and the Algarve led him to found the business.
Hannah Wood - Operations Director
Hannah relocated to Portugal with her family over 19 years ago and was educated in both Portuguese and English schools, giving her a deep grounding in the language and culture. After several years in photography she moved into real estate, where she now has more than a decade of experience, and has built her own property investment portfolio in Portugal.
Debbie Kirk - Advisor
Debbie has spent her career in customer service and sales, previously in event management, hotel chains and Algarve real estate. She moved to Portugal with her husband in 2016 and is based near Albufeira, guiding clients through each stage with a focus on a clear, well-supported outcome.
Sarah Piessens - Advisor
Born in Belgium and raised in the Algarve from 1993, Sarah studied Law at the Universite catholique de Louvain and completed a post-graduate degree in International Law and International Relations at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. She worked in a law firm before moving into marketing and communications, and advises clients in English, Portuguese, French and Dutch.
Sam Gill - Advisor
Born and raised in East London, Sam relocated to Portugal with her family nine years ago after a career spanning advertising, marketing, events and sales. Having made the move herself, she guides clients through each stage of their own relocation with first-hand knowledge of settling into life in Portugal.
